By law, you the shopper, have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of placing your order, or within seven working days of
receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
We want you to be happy with your purchase and to come back and order again in the future. All items are checked to ensure that they are
shipped in new condition. Blue Crumb Truck cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Should an order arrive damaged

Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the items ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in "How To Cancel An Order." Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
How To Cancel An Order
Email liz@bluecrumbtruck.com immediately with your name, address & your (most
IMPORTANT!) order number and we will cancel your order and your payment will be refunded. Please contact bluecrumbtruck.com rather than
WorldPay or Paypal to arrange any refund. You should allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed. You will receive an email to
confirm that the refund has been processed & that you have been credited with the relevant amount. However if your order has already been
despatched then you will need to return the item, see "How To Return An Item".
How To Return An Item
You must return your purchase in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, the item must be unopened (any seals
and shrink wrap on CDs, DVDs, etc must be intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only
accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please contact liz@bluecrumbtruck.com
rather than World Pay or Paypal to arrange any refund. You should allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed. You will receive an email
to confirm that the refund has been processed & that you have been credited with the relevant amount.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
Please package the relevant item securely in its original packaging (if any) and send it to us with your name, address & your order number
(most IMPORTANT!) so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Please also
include a letter stating the reason for the return and in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item
is faulty.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together
with the item's normal postage charge.
PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot accept cancellation of an order for an item which has been opened, or unsealed, such as a CD or DVD in
shrinkwrap.
Purchasing Nik Fiend Art
On purchasing any Nik Fiend Art, you will first
receive an email explaining the agreement letter
& the terms & conditions & what you need to do. Before
the purchased artwork can be sent to you, you will receive an agreement letter for you to sign & which Nik Fiend will
also sign, which states that whilst you are the owner of the artwork itself, Nik Fiend remains the copyright owner. This means that you
cannot reproduce the artwork for commercial gain, for example you cannot print the artwork on a T-shirt or as a poster & then sell it. You
will also receive a copy of this agreement letter as proof that it is a Nik Fiend original & proving your ownership of the artwork.
