Refunds and Returns Policy

General

We want you to be happy with your purchase and to come back and order again in the future. Legally we have to list our Refunds Policy (as below) but the bottom line is should you need to return an item or request an exchange or if you have any queries whatsoever please email liz@bluecrumbtruck.com and she will assist you.

All items are checked to ensure that they are shipped in new condition. Blue Crumb Truck cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Should an order arrive damaged please notify us immediately, email liz@bluecrumbtruck.com

Order Acceptance

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the items ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in "How To Cancel An Order" (see below).
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error

How To Cancel An Order

By law, you the shopper, have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order, or within 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Email liz@bluecrumbtruck.com immediately with your name, address and your (most IMPORTANT!) order number and we will cancel your order and your payment will be refunded. Please contact liz@bluecrumbtruck.com and not your card company or payment provider (such as Paypal) regarding such refunds. You should allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been processed and that you have been credited with the relevant amount. However if your order has already been despatched then you will need to return the item, see "How To Return An Item For Refund".

PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we cannot accept cancellation of an order for an item which has been opened, or unsealed, such as a CD or DVD in shrinkwrap.

How To Return An Item For Refund

You must return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, the item must be unopened (any seals and shrink wrap on CDs, DVDs, etc must be intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty (see "How to Return A Faulty Item" below). Please contact liz@bluecrumbtruck.com and not your card company or payment provider (such as Paypal) regarding such refunds. You should allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been processed and that you have been credited with the relevant amount.

How To Return An Item For Exchange

Please contact liz@bluecrumbtruck.com to request an Exchange, if, for example, you have ordered an incorrect size of T-shirt. You must return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, the item must be unopened (any seals and shrink wrap on CDs, DVDs, etc must be intact). As soon as the incorrect item has been received back at Blue Crumb Truck, the replacement will be shipped.

How To Return A Faulty Item (For Refund Or Exchange)

You must return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. As soon as the item has been received back at Blue Crumb Truck, either a replacement will be shipped to you or we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, including shipping charges. Please contact liz@bluecrumbtruck.com and not your card company or payment provider (such as Paypal) regarding any such refunds. You should allow 5 working days for any refund to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been processed and that you have been credited with the relevant amount.

Return Procedure For All Returns

Please follow the steps below when Returning An Item to enable us to process your return efficiently:

Please package the relevant item securely in its original packaging (if any) and send it to us with your name, address and your order number (most IMPORTANT!). Please also include a letter stating the reason for the return and - in the case of a faulty product - please provide a full description of the fault.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.
