Features the "Possessed" Scream Head artwork in a white print with eyeballs, blood drips and the word "Possessed" in a red print. The red is very similar in colour to the back cover of the "Possessed" CD/DLP. The words "Alien", "Sex" and "Fiend" are written in the eyes and mouth.
